Principal characteristics of the system

  |
Flexibility: your messages/contents can be different according to your needs. You’ll be able to send text files, JPG pr GIF images (also animated), MP3 or MP4 audio files or ringing tones, MP4 or 3GP videos. |
 |
Simplicity: from a personal computer connected to internet and across a common browser it’s possible to reach the main board and start interacting. |
|
|
Integration: more systems can communicate amongst themselves by means of a “Bridge Ethernet” network. |
 |
Trasparency: the system can automatically update a file in the key with daily statistical data (number of transmissions, messages accepted, messages refused). |
The management of the files envisages one single sending (by recognizing users who already received it) during the period in which the same ad is uploaded on the panel. The following sending will take place when a new file is uploaded (and, in any case, always on the day after the first sending). This allows you to make your promotional campaign as little intrusive as possible: a potential user who passes more than once through an area covered by BlueMoz system, will receive at most one message a day, and only if it is different from the previous one.
Areas of applicability of the Bluetooth system
| - |
Trade Fairs and events: to signal new items present at the different stands; |
| - |
Shopping centres: to signal particular promotions; |
| - |
Supermarkets: to signal special offers; |
| - |
Train and Bus Stations and Airports: to inform passengers. |
Over and above the aforementioned characteristics, there are many other good reasons for using these systems. In fact, Bluetooth technology is becoming evermore ubiquitous in all kinds of devices: mobile phones (approximately l,80% of the more than 50 million “active” mobile telephones are fitted with Bluetooth connectivity), PDA, smartphones, notebook.
Why proximity marketing?
| - |
Most if not all people have always a switched on mobile together with them; |
| - |
Mobiles can now receive lots of different contents, music, videos, colorful slides, etc, they are no longer simple phones, but people partners in many activities ; |
| - |
the user is not forced to receive any message: he is free to enjoy it. He can choose; |
| - |
Free delivery of messages |
| - |
Bluetooth technology is spread all over and it is consequently known and appreciated for its clear and fast applications. People like it. |
Privacy concerns
First of all, the area of delivery is limited according to the user purpose. The sent message is sent to a device, not to a personal address/mobile number, this meaning the addressee is not known. He/she can receive the message only if willing as when listening to a broadcasted ad. Moreover, the user must switch on the Bluetooth connection to receive it and, receiving the message, can either reject or accept it. It’s completely up to the client. He/she can choose. If the delivery is rejected that mobile will not receive any more new messages in that area, as his device number is recorded and therefore recognized by the main Bluemoz managing board.
Control board
From your internet-connected computer and through an ordinary browser you can enter the page of the system administrator and interact with an intuitive interface who completely allow you to manage it. Click on the button below to take a tour.

Compatible devices:
The BLUEMOZ sends files to all devices that support the OBEX protocol. Check wich are the phones compatible with the BLUEMOZ.

Optional accessories:
| - |
the connection of more devices through a bridge Ethernet (a bridge Ethernet for every BLUEMOZ) This becomes necessary when the costumer can’t use a local network and when the electrical network is the available one
|
| - |
Connecting several Bluemoz though a Wi-Fi network (server-client) by means of an Access Point and of an access antenna for every BLUEMOZ system. The solution when the user can’t use the local network;
|
| - |
It’s possible an implementation of a router GPRS for the Bluemoz remote managing. A GPRS unit is needed in case of remote connection In the event that there are BLUEMOZ system’s networks communicating between each other (server-client network) the user only needs one router GPRS for the “BLUEMOZ server” system. In this case the user shall subscribe a Sim contract for remote traffic.
|
It's important that the user will have to activate a SIM with subscription or prepaid for the remote traffic for every router GPRS router.
